These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SupplementAI mobile applications for Android and iOS (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who we are

SupplementAI is operated by Martin W Smith Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: info@supplementai.net.

2. The service

SupplementAI provides educational supplement suggestions for your consideration based on a lifestyle questionnaire. The app may also offer a schedule, intake logging, streaks, and reminders. Suggestions include dosage and timing examples intended for discussion with a qualified healthcare professional. Features may change as we improve the app.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You may start using the app without creating an email/password account. We create an anonymous session so your data can sync securely. You may optionally upgrade to an email/password account to preserve access across devices. Without linking an email, deleting the app or changing phones may permanently lose access to that anonymous account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app. You are responsible for activity on your device and for keeping your device secure.

4. Subscriptions and billing

SupplementAI offers a one-time free set of educational suggestions for consideration, followed by optional paid access (including a free trial where offered by Apple or Google) processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Current offering typically includes:

• Monthly and yearly subscription products as shown in the App Store or Play Store at purchase
• Price: the amount shown in your local currency by the store at purchase
• Store trial: where offered, a free trial period may apply through Apple or Google before billing begins

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings (App Store or Play Store). We do not process card payments directly.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through those stores.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, abuse AI suggestion limits, or use the app in a way that harms others. We may suspend access that appears abusive or that violates these Terms.

6. Wellness disclaimer

SupplementAI provides general wellness information and supplement suggestions for your consideration only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Suggestions are not therapeutic goods advice and are not listed medicines or ARTG-listed products. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing supplements, especially if you have health conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medications.

AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify suggestions with a qualified professional and product labelling.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Martin W Smith Consulting Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including reliance on educational suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using the app, you also agree to that policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
